Investing in massage is an investment in your health. All massage services are $80 for 60 minutes and $110 for 90 minutes.

• Pre-Natal Massage: Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support.
• Sports Massage: Focusing on areas of the body that are specific to your sport or activity I work to improve flexibility, enhance performance, reduce recovery time and prevent injury.
• Stress Relief: Calm and relaxing strokes and techniques are used in this massage to help relieve stress.
• Therapeutic: A combination of relaxation deep tissue techniques, therapeutic massage can reduce muscular tension, improve circulation & lymph drainage while calming the nervous system.
